Bruce Willis’ former Turkish and Caicos Beachfront Estate for sale again –

Bruce Willis is making some changes in his home life after being caught with Aphasia.
According to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com, the “die hard” star, 67, who recently revealed that he is “retiring” from acting after being diagnosed, is selling some of his real estate collections.
Willis’s massive beach estate in the Turks and Caicos Islands in Parrot K sold for 27 27 million in 2019 and is now up for sale again, this time for 37.5 million.
The actor bought an eight-acre plot of land at the COMO Parrot K resort in 2000 and began creating his tropical paradise covering all bases for multiple guests, including a children’s bunk room and playground.
TopTenRealEstateDeals.com reports that three houses have been built in the next four years, with a total area of 35,000 square feet, including 12 bedrooms and 14 baths.

The original six-bedroom home was completely restored and updated in 2020, and the house was used for most entertainment.
The homes included a pirate ship for children to enjoy, as well as a total of four pools and a 1,100-foot primitive white sand beach.

For future plans and Willis’ retirement, the star and his wife Emma knew they wanted to settle close to family in California and wouldn’t need so many homes scattered across the country and abroad, so multiple sales.
The pair have sold their Westchester Estate in New York, its Sun Valley Ski House in Idaho, the Hasinda-style home in Beverly Hills, as well as the Turks and Kaikos Beach House.



Willis Rumer, 33, Scout, 30, and Tallula, 28, shared with ex-wife Demi Moore, as well as Mabel, 10, and Evelyn Payne, 7, with wife Emma.
