Jennifer Aniston has revealed that she has stopped walking in her sleep, but is still struggling with insomnia.
This actress spoke with People About his struggle to get rest at night.
“I think it started somewhere in my 30’s or earlier, but you don’t start to notice the effects of sleep deprivation when we were younger because we’re so invincible,” Aniston said. “It started out as something I would just accept and then suddenly you realize the effects of your lack of sleep and how it affects your day and your work and the functioning of your mind and your body.”

The 53-year-old sees himself clockwise and will feel bad for all his sleep.
“And the more I worry about it, the harder it is to fall asleep,” he added.
