Miranda Lambert has a lot on her plate right now, so the country’s star is set to miss the Grammy on Sunday.
Singer “Gunpowder and Led” tells ABC Audio that this month has proved to be quite a perfect storm – since the upcoming release of his 10th studio album, PalominoStaying in the middle of pre-production for his co-titled Bandwagon Tour with Little Big Town.

“So, I’m condemning this month, the record is coming out and with everything,” he said.
Lambert was nominated for Best Country Duo / Group Performance for “Drunk (And I Don’t Wanna Go Home)” and Best Country Album. Marfa tapes. He collaborated with John Randall and Jack Ingram for that album. Lambert said Randall and Ingram are still planning to join the Grammys.
“We had a group text this morning,” he said. “I think I have FOMO.”

It’s been a busy month for Lambert, no doubt. He dropped 15 track albums Palomino April 29. The ACM Entertainer of the Year honors teasing her new album as a record that “takes you on a journey through music.”
The country’s star recently announced that he is heading to his own Las Vegas Residency, Velvet Rodeo, starting September 23 on Planet Hollywood.
