Noel Gallagher roasts on social media after being questioned about Harry Styles

Noel Gallagher is facing the wrath of Twittervers when he criticized Harry Styles for not being a “real” musician.

In an interview with Dr. Daily StarOf Wired Column (via Yahoo! Life), A former oasis member who condemned Style and One Direction, recalls their early ascent to fame as a contestant on Britain’s “The X Factor”.

“The X Factor is a TV show, it has nothing to do with music, it has nothing to do with music, and everything that comes out of it has nothing to do with music,” snaps Galagher.

Gallagher further claims that Styles, who has just released his new single “As It Was”, does not make the same effort as a “real” musician.

“You’re not telling me Harry Styles is currently writing a song somewhere in a room,” Gallagher said.

“With any joy, she will be surrounded by many girls,” he added. “I can assure you he didn’t get the acoustic guitar trying to write the middle eight for anything.”

Meanwhile, this is not the first time that Gallagher’s style has been torn. In 2017, he took a shot at his single “Sign of the Times,” on which Styles is one of five people credited with writing the song.

“People my age have given up, they’re bald fools with thick, faded tattoos,” Gallagher said. “They sit in their garage and write like ‘Sign of the Times’ for Harry style. Which, quite frankly, my cat could write in about 10 minutes!
