Lizo made her hosting debut on “Saturday Night Live,” and hit the stage with a bold, confident force that lifted the bar for the night.
The “Ross” lyricist went out to cheer loudly on a blue, shimmering fringe-covered companion swinging and making fun of his own risky public figure.
“My name is Lizo and yes, I’m shocked I have clothes too,” he said with a smile. “I’m really excited. Tonight, we’re going to make history! That’s right, we’re going to break the record for saying ‘b *** h’ on live TV!”
After introducing her to her mother, who was in the audience and encouraged her, Lizo said she wanted to “address some of the rumors” that had spread around her.
“I read a lot online that I’m dating every little white boy in Hollywood. They think I’m collecting members from one side like an infinite stone, “Lizo joked. “I even heard a rumor that I was pregnant with Chris Evans’ child. I don’t know where it started. “
“It could be the tick where I said, ‘I’m pregnant with Chris Evans’ baby,'” he added with a laugh. “It’s called disclosure, okay !?”

Lijo also addressed how he was actually quite nervous when he got the call for the first host and explained, “I know it’s tragic that I’m nervous because I’m the same person who said, ‘I’ve just done a DNA test, it turns out I’m 100 percemt that b *** h. ‘ Okay, to be completely honest, I really like 50 percent ‘That B *** H,’ 10 percent ‘Boss B *** H,’ and 40 percent ‘Flute Playing, like the band Nerd B *** H.’ “
“But I’m thrilled to be hosting this special episode, especially since I love tonight’s musical guest: Me!” He added with a laugh.
That’s right! Lizo pulls double duty as host and musical guest!
Recently, Lizzo talked about his new song, “About Dam Time” on SiriusXM’s “The Morning Mash Up” and was asked if hosting and performing on “SNL” was an idea he presented or “SNL” Whether he was told to do so.
“It simply came to our notice then. So no, I think they came to me and, um, no, I, I don’t want to say it, because if I didn’t want it, I wouldn’t do it, “Lijo explained.” I don’t do what I do. I don’t want to. But it’s a long order. I’m worried. You know what I can’t say? “
“You know, the thing that makes me nervous is the smile,” he said. “I have to make at least one sketch where I’m in character,” he said “I’m such a ridiculous, ridiculous b ** ch. For example, I don’t know if I can take anyone seriously. As Kate McKinnon looks at me, how can you keep your face straight ?!”
“Saturday Night Live” broadcasts live, from coast to coast, on Saturday 11:30 pm ET / 8: 30 pm PT Global.
