The man has filed a restraining order against Ezra Miller, accusing the actor of misconduct.

According to court documents obtained by Radar, the couple – whose names we have chosen not to disclose – are seeking protection in court.

In their appeal for a temporary restraining order, the couple is appealing to the court to order Ezra not to contact them in any way.

They also want him to stay away from home and work. The petition lists an incident that landed on Hilo, Hawaii Pad, just hours after Ezra was released from prison.
