‘The Ultimate’ host Vanessa and Nick Lachie revealed that they had ‘taken a break’ and given a date

Vanessa and Nick Lachie are becoming clear about their relationship.

In their new Netflix reality hit “The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On”, the hosts revealed that there was no ultimatum when they decided to tie the knot.

Explaining on the show that she would “never give an ultimatum to a man,” Vanessa described the years before their marriage.

“We have been dating for five years. So I finally said, ‘What are we doing?’ I moved in with him, I renovated his entire bachelor pad, there was a bar in the pool. I was, ‘whatever you want’ and now I’m ‘okay, I want to put the kids in the pool.’

“So when I start dancing,” he adds, moving his ring finger in the air.

Vanessa then revealed that she and Nick parted ways briefly before finally getting married.

“If I was completely honest and transparent, we would have taken a break. We both looked at each other and we realized that if we went our own way, we would be amazing together, “he said.

“But it took me a while to see someone else and I realized that I don’t care about the things that bothered me or stuck with me,” Vanessa added. “I do not think so. The big picture is how I feel about that person and their value in being with me and knowing everything about me. “

Nick then yelled: “I think we got the point.”

The couple finally got married in 2011 and have been together ever since.
