Tish Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus divorce after 30 years of marriage: ‘Time

Thirty years later, Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus’ marriage may be over.

According to TMZ, Tish filed for divorce from her husband in a Tennessee court last week. The documents claim that they have not lived together for more than two years.

Citing “incoherent differences” as the cause of the split, Tish said that all marital assets should be shared equally between the two.

Tish and Billy Ray share five children, including Millie and Noah Cyrus, their youngest child being over 22, which means custody will not be a factor in the divorce process.

This is not the first time the couple has filed for divorce. In 2010, Billy Ray filed for divorce, but the divorce was annulled. Then, in 2013, Tish filed for divorce, but it was soon rejected again.

Some fans noticed over the holidays that Billy Ray did not appear in the family photos and videos that Miley posted on social media, expressing some surprise about the state of the marriage.
